We totally get that life happens—but we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
If you cancel late or don’t show up, we may have to charge you the full session fee. (We hate doing it, but last-minute gaps can’t always be filled, and our time is valuable too.) Thanks for understanding and being respectful of our time!
